My Story
Mr. Syed Rabbani, the Executive Director of Kalgod Groups, represents the next generation of leadership within the organization. Under the early mentorship of his father, Mr. Syed Jeelani, he began his journey in the business while still in his teens—gaining valuable on-ground experience alongside his academic pursuits.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from New Horizon College of Engineering, and has since been actively involved in driving the company’s growth through modern practices, fresh energy, and a hands-on leadership approach.
Mr. Rabbani has played a key role in several recent and ongoing projects, contributing through site supervision, client engagement, vendor coordination, and workforce management. His ability to bridge field operations with executive strategy makes him a dynamic force within the company.
As a young leader, he brings a progressive vision while upholding the company’s core values of trust, quality, and strong client relationships. Following in his father’s footsteps, he is committed to expanding Kalgod Groups into new sectors and scaling it to greater heights with professionalism, innovation, and integrity.
